1-3-5 YEAR WARRANTIES

Osprey is so confident in our products that we offer the industry’s only 1-, 3-, & 5-year warranties.  Aside from our standard 1-year warranty on all Osprey filters, we also now offer 3- & 5-year warranties.

 Osprey provides an extended standard warranty of 3 years on filters if Osprey technical service is purchased for equipment installation.  If both installation and commissioning services are purchased, the warranty will be extended to 5 years. 

 If your Osprey product fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials, Osprey will repair or replace your equipment and get you back up and running as soon as possible. There is no need allocating the funds to pay for repairs since you just contact Osprey for the prompt service and support you require.
