Osprey developed the first baby diaper separation system capable of fluff and SAP recycling back in 1991.  Since, we have installed over one hundred Fluff Separation and SAP Extraction systems worldwide. Today, other soft disposable products such as feminine hygiene products, adult incontinent products, under pads, and our own reclaim scrap are processed through our system.

Osprey is the only company that offers its own complete line of in-line film recycling systems.  The systems include fluff recycling systems for smooth bore extruders and in-line repelletizers for grove throat applications. We also offer material handling systems for central off-line repelletizing systems. These systems include trim pick, size reduction, fluff storage and metering, and air filtration systems.

All these products greatly reduce our customer’s raw material cost while providing local environmental solutions for the communities they serve.
