Osprey designs and manufactures a full range of products for in-line and off-line blown and cast film recycling.  These recycling systems provide environmental solutions and cost saving functions. The recycling of trim and roll scrap generated by film, tape, and other extrusion processes is critical for producers who want to maintain profitability.  

Our automatic in-line film recycling systems include venturi trim pickup systems, film grinders, and Surge Stopper scrap refeed units. These in-line systems perform well on both blown and cast film lines with smooth bore extruders and require minimal operator attention.

Osprey’s off-line film recycling systems include scrap roll feeders, repelletizers, heat compactors, and balers.  We also offer material handling systems for central reclaim systems that include our VSH fluff storage units. All our systems are custom designed for each specific application.
